Guests will have full access to the condo and the building amenities, with the benefit of the condo owners which include beachfront swimming pools, a fitness center and tennis courts, and wonderful low priced restaurant and massages at the spa. The building is close to the airport and secure, monitored by security 24/7.
This is a brand new, fully-equipped 2 bedroom condo with beautiful views of Banderas Bay and the lush, green mountains of Vallarta. Every room has a balcony, including 2 wrap-around balconies, 3 Smart TVs and wireless internet throughout the condo.
The master bedroom has a king size firm bed. Its located on a corner of the building and has 180 degrees of view. The sliding doors open up wide to the balcony and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall to enjoy your Netflix account on top of the king size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Lastly, the ensuite bathroom and shower provide comfort and privacy.
The guest bedroom with 2 double beds has a small balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the new shopping mall development of La Isla, And also has one Smart TV mounted on the wall. This room is accommodated with 2 double sized beds, sleeping up to 2 people each. We can also provide on request with an small extra cost 2 individual folding mattresses where 2 kids or teen can be accommodated and a folding single bed for an additional adult guest confort.
The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once. A propane BBQ is available under request for $100.00USD up to 7 days
The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes.
A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for stays of one week or more. Wifi internet access and two flat screen televisions, one on each bedroom and one in the living area for your enjoyment.
THE DEVELOPMENT.
This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment.
The vacation complex is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown.
The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as Campomat (sea food) La Dolce Vita (italian), La Vaca Argentina (steaks) and La Madalena ( international) amongst others.
Along the beach it's a 45 minute walk to the city center. The vacation complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo.
Guests will have full access to the two bedroom condo and all of the building amenities.

The vacation complex is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Buses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby.
La Isla, Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a movie theater are already open is just steps away from the vacation complex. This unit is at 9th floor, so children supervision is required
There is a beach club nearby closing 9.00 pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise, it should be noted. almost imperceptible If balcony sliding doors are closed.
