Puerto Vallarta, Paradise Awaits Beachfront Condo Peninsula

We loved our stay here! The condo was super clean and the host Bill was super responsive to questions. Great location with great views and beach access. We felt very safe. Security was on point. We are a family of 5, 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. We used the extra futonlike couch for a 3rd bedroom. And the 3 full bathrooms/showers were awesome. All the bedrooms (including futon couch room) have ceiling fans, which is important to us. The pool is shallower than we would like, but my boys still had a blast. The pool area and beach was never crowded (we were there at the end of May).We Ubered everywhere, and that worked out great. There is a grocery store about a 7-10 minute walk away. We walked there and ubered back due to the amount we bought the 1st time. The next couple of runs we walked both ways. Cafetop is in the shopping center right outside the gate and we walked there (like 5 minutes) and had amazing shrimp tacos our first evening. Ubers and taxis are close everywhere. I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for one. There were fireworks on the beach 3 nights while we were there, too. We did have to wear those darn tourist bracelets and show them to security to get back in every day. But, all in all, fantastic experience and great place to stay. We enjoyed our time at the Peninsula. The view is amazing from this condo. The hosts are great and communicate well. We were a little disappointed with the pool. It was in need of repair and they were working on it while we were there so the pool was pretty much half full the whole time. Also there was a lot of noise from them working on the pool. It’s not the fault of the owners and the pool needed to be fixed but would have been nice to know about this happening before booking. We still made it work as it’s vacation and loved being in the sun.

The condo was excellent !!! Large open living space, bedrooms very comfortable. Three bathrooms with showers. Very functionable kitchen. Comfortable couches and a large rear deck looking toward the mountains and a large front deck looking out over the beach. The large pool had plenty of seating when we were there. Largest pool in PV with a hot tub that is hot. Food service via waiters was excellent. Service, food quality and price. The condo is quiet and relaxing. Even though the area is very safe, security was outstanding. You do have to give them your room number every time you enter but that the couple of seconds that takes shouldn't bother anyone. Friendly people everywhere. Walmart is about a 15 minute walk but you'll want to taxi back with groceries. Taxi was 5-10 usd. Communication with host is excellent. We will be back !!!

The unit is large and comfortable. Three full baths. The bedrooms get the morning sunrise and a gorgeous view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. The view out the front catches expansive sunsets over the Bay of Banderas. The photos on the VRBO site don't do this place justice. The unit's great! The views are fabulous!!(BTW a few little problems were immediately dealt with by the host. Great communications! You'll be well taken care of.)
