Hoan Kiem lake center

The owner is such a lovely and caring woman, I felt as though it was a home not at all like just accomodation. The place is quirky and dated and there’s no lift so be prepared to o climb a few stairs but the overall experience is one of great value because of the integrity of the place. It’s a low budget option and so it’s not for anyone wanting something more sophisticated but on the upside it’s very quiet. I’ve just moved into a ‘nice’ hotel and there’s a number of guests on each floor which means I hear people gathering and talking and then making noise with their doors and the plumbing all hours of the night. I’ll definitely stay at the Kiem again, I had a great night sleep there!

The stairs are something to have to climb but luckily my bags were taken up for me.

Bon emplacement. La dame en charge est très gentille et sert de bon déjeuner. Elle a été très accommodante pour notre arrivée tardive (minuit et demi) et notre départ tôt (6:30). Elle est également prête à répondre aux questions. Logement est bien.

Tout était parfait ! L’hôte est merveilleusement gentille et généreuse, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels et la localisation est parfaite
