    Location is 10000/10 it is near everything! However, you need to request housekeeping everything for water/towels each day

    Location: Near Hoan Kiem lake which is convenient for a quick stroll. Also many cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff: One receptionist is not always available. Another one, Philip, however, was very accommodating, kind, and friendly. The hotel is located above a cafe. Female staff of the said cafe is very rude. Did not allow us to stay a bit while waiting for our sleeper bus to arrive. Facilities: Elevator is up to 4th floor only. You have to get through a very narrow stairway to get to the upper floors.
