We had a ball and had shelter from the heat

The welcome items were fantastic and we appreciated the bath mat with toiletries. Thank you for the packet that included where to find a bus and which ones to take.

I had a bit of trouble with the keys (which ones for what door and the proper direction to turn them when un/locking), but I somewhat figured them out in the end.

Warm, cosy apartment on outskirts of city centre

Clean, warm, cosy. Lovely little apartment fully equipped with everything you need. Bus stop 1 minute walk away. Number 15 takes just over 20 mins to get to centre and run regularly. Number 10 or 100 also get you in but takes a bit longer.

Shower head not great but small issue when comparing it to the positives about the apartment.

Overall stay was okay. But certainly the place needs to be done up much better, for the price charged

The location is good. The hostess was very nice and interactive, kitchen was well stocked. Linen was clean.

Basic cheap furniture, lamp shades and fans, the sofa bed spring and mattress were uncomfortable, the drier didn’t work, The oven was not clean and had smelly leftover oil.

Affordable, comfortable home away from home!

The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Although we had a car we chose to bus into Oxford central to save finding a park and because the bus was so convenient. Angela left bread, milk, butter, pastries and Prosecco which was so thoughtful and appreciated.

Price is afordable... but location a litlle bit far from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby and take 20 min only

The host service is good... we left our things in the aprtment and the host help us to send to our address in bristol. Thanks for the service

Communications from the time we booked 6 months ago to getting home tonight was flawless. The owner kept us up to date. Instructions were easy to follow The apartment was in a quiet residential area. They had laid on a few treats, milk coffee tea, bread butter jam and a lovely bottle of prosecco which was lovely. The apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was there that you would need during our stay. Thanks again. 5 star 🌟

We stayed in apartment B upper floor, we have 2 young children and we would have benefited from a stairgate as the stairs was straight off the open plan kitchen dinner living room. That said it wouldn't put us off booking again.

Ideal location for us visiting family in headinton. Lovely little touches of wine and food basics were appreciated. Apartment was clean and cosy.

The door locks were a bit stiff and awkward to lock, but got used to them in the end!
