No 27 Guisborough - 1 bed apartment

Lovely upstairs flat. Actually was larger than expected especially the bedroom. Very cosy and the owners had provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and other kitchen appliances. Very comfy bed. Anthony and Jane were easy to contact and great at keeping us informed for what we needed to know. Thank you for the bootle of wine and water left for us. That was greatly appreciated. The stairs aren't ideal if you have mobility issues which we didn't but the owners had put in a handrail which is a great help. The little balcony was a lovely addition especially as we had hot weather while there. Parking was easy at the car park at the rear (free weekends on Sat and Sun but only £2.50 from 8am until 6pm for other times) Brilliant base to visit surrounding locations.

For the price there was nothing not to like 😊

Cosy apartment, well equiped, with a good central location in Guisborough (walking distance from pubs, shops and restaurants). The bathroom is OK, although on the small side. Good quality of the bed. There is a terrace where one can sit outside (sun in the afternoon, view on the parking lot). No problem to find parking space in the immediate vicinity. The owner is friendly and responsive

The only table is in the kitchen and it is a very small one (but there is no more space available in the room to have a larger one)
