La posizione della struttura,la comodità del parcheggio riservato nel cortile. La cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario e la struttura in se,accogliente,con tutto quello che puo servire per un soggiorno. Sicuramente se avremo la necessità di tornare a civitavecchia terremo conto di questa struttura

Pessima esperienza

Esausto dopo un lungo viaggio per lavoto, appena arrivato un tardissima serata, mi appresto a fare una doccia e mi accorgo che lo scarico della doccia era otturato. L'acqua è fuoriuscita dal box doccia e ho dovuto personalmente asciugare per terra il pavimento. Tra l'altro, il gestore/proprietario della struttura voleva inizialmente farmi una ricevuta con un importo inferiore a quello che ho pagato sul sito. Pessima esperienza. Non raccomando in alcun modo. Prezzo molto elevato per la qualità del servizio fornito.
