Port Haven Suite Civitavecchia

Location is perfect since the apartment is very close to the harbour - in the morning we could even see our cruise ship after making a few steps. The hosts are warm, friendly and very helpful. They waited for us, helped with the luggage and showed us a free parking lot exactly in front of the house. They took time to show all the facilities of the apartment - all needed in the kitchen, in the bathroom - with a large shower, how to operate the air conditioning - which was extremely effective on a hot summer day. Important to mention, after the check-in, the hosts were actually available anytime on the phone, so we could call them twice during the evening asking for some advices. Gianni is a tourism professional and knows very well how to make you feel at home. And indeed the bed was comfy, the place very clean. After a long drive we appreciated the calm and quietness of the place. The place has a generous surface, like a luxury hotel suite. Our hosts made a reservation for us at a good convenient seafood restaurant in the neighbourhood, just within 5 min walking. Important to mention, we could call

WOW we have never experienced such amazing hosts! It was like going to visit a family member Gianny showed us around the town - recommended restaurants and things to do and gave us lots of tips! The check in and the attention to detail was amazing. From getting the keys to showing us how things work etc. We couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment was spotless and had everything we need! The communication leading up to the stay was also great with Gianny always checking in regarding our flight etc The location has been perfect for the cruise port and made the night before our first family cruise relaxed and comfortable. If we ever come back for a cruise we will 100% stay at the apartment! Thank you to the amazing hosts for starting off our holiday in the most relaxing and friendly way! A home from home with an Italian 🇮🇹 touch!

Great location. The accommodations were perfect. Our host picked us up at the train station, took time to show us all the features in the accommodation, and gave us several suggestions in the area. We slept wonderfully, and the next morning it was walking distance to the free shuttle for the cruise ships. I would definitely come back and recommend this on any future trips.

I cannot find anything that we did not like. It was wonderful and we would definitely be back.

The location of this apartment is great if you need to get to the port as it is really just about two minutes by car and it could take like six minutes on foot. If you want to go for a nice dinner or to shop the city center is also super close - about 8 minute walk. The owner was very nice. We made a last minute reservation and he had no problem in meeting us at the location, all the instructions were clear and he even had water, some snacks and coffee prepared for us. If you were to forget anything you have everything you need at this apartment - towels, shampoo, shower gel and even a toothbrush. He also had no problem accomodating our need for an early check-out. All in all definitely reccomend this apartment.
