The apartment is very well located, especially if you want to stay close to ISCAP and other universities, and it is only about 30 minutes by metro from the city center. We found it to be in a pleasant neighborhood, with an Auchan supermarket and several local shops and cafés just a 5-minute walk away. If you are traveling with family, the apartment is ideal for up to 6 people and includes two bathrooms, which makes it very convenient.
Even though the apartment smelled clean and the linens were freshly changed, there was quite a lot of dust on the floor. A broom was provided, but the dustpan was not very useful and there was no mop. Since we stayed for over a week, we felt the need to clean, but didn’t have the necessary tools. For longer stays, it would also be helpful to provide more bin bags. There is no washing machine, although we didn’t find this to be a major issue.

Não utilizamos o forno do fogão pois não estava em condições e apenas tinha 2 bocas do fogão a funcionar mas foi reportado para o anfitrião para futuramente ser reparado.

Espaçoso e limpo
O chão/ piso da casa muito liso e perigoso para deslizar e escorregar se não tiver o calçado adequado! As camas por exemplo deslizavam toda a vez que nos movíamos ou sentámos nela! Estava com minha mãe de 83 anos e estive o tempo todo preocupada para ela não cair!
Bem de trás tem uma quadra de futebol e o barulho se estendeu até 23 horas!
De noite de tempos em tempos tem um barulho assustador de comboio! Para quem tem sono leve , não ajuda!
