Die Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Erwartungen bis auf 2 Aspekte vollständig und wir würden sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Man befindet sich einige Gehminuten von der nächsten Bahnstation oderman geht zu Fuss und ist in 20 Minuten gemütlich in der Altstadt. Das Apartment war sauber und gemütlich und das Einchecken verlief absolut problemlos.Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer war top und kühlte den raum in einigen minuten super schnell runter. Darüber hinaus gab es eine Flasche Wein als Begrüßungsgeschenk was wir wirklich sehr zu schätzen wussten.

Jetzt komme ich zu 2 Aspekten die nicht ideal waren. Das Bett war generell gemütlich jedoch etwas in der Mitte durchgelegen. Und die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer kühlte den Raum nur auf maximal 24 grad runter was zum schlafen nicht ideal war. Durch das auflassen der Schlafzimmertür konnten wir das Schlafzimmer etwas runterkühlen jedoch war das nicht ideal. Als wir ankamen war das Apartment 31 Grad warm.

The flat was clean and comfortable with good appliances. It's also located 15 mins from the centre of town, the staff were always on hand by email or message if you needed anything.

The air condition units in the living room and bedroom didn't work very well, when you tried to turn down to 20 it would jump back to 24 degrees. The traffic outside bedrooms facing the street are also noisy.

We had smoke coming out of the bathroom sink and then under the kitchen sink. We sent multiple messages to Hostwise, sent a WhatsApp, too. We even went to find Hostwise cleaners in the below apartment. They did not know what to do. We did not know if we should have packed our things to leave or wait for someone to contact us. After an hour, we decided to leave the apartment with our valuables. It wasnt until 5 hours later that the "maintenance people (two young guys) showed up. The smoke had stopped by then. Absolutely, unacceptable customer service. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with using Hostwise apartments in Porto. I will not use them again.
