Nice apartment, exactly as advertised. It is a bit tiny, though has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Private parking is a great plus (though you should keep in mind that cats will be feeling themselves comfortable on your car😅) .
Location is also very convenient - just 20 mins walk to the city center and a few minutes walk to the nearest park/supermarket/restaurants.
We also received a lot of recommendations from the host, that is very appreciated.
This is not a minus, and I do understand that staying with a dog might require extra cleaning time, though I find it a bit unfair to pay extra fee for a stay with a dog and not to get anything “extra” for this dog- like bowls/towel/blanket/any other small perks. That would definitely be an advantage.

Pedro is a brilliant host! Communication throughout was fantastic. We loved the apartment. It was exceptional. Was a 20 minute walk to the river but there was lots to see and do on the way there including the old town. Supermarkets nearby. There was a great park area just around the corner for our dog. Having a parking space was a real bonus. Would definitely return!

Great location. Pedro, the host is very nice and responsible - the A/C was fixed almost immediately after we reached out. We really enjoyed the conversation with Pedro.
The hotel listing on booking.com says queen size bed, however, our room only has a double bed, which is uncomfortable for two adults. Hot water lasted a few minutes before heating up again - could be a small water heater, not a big deal.
Also, there are quite a few mosquitoes - both guests got bitten at night even with windows closed, but that could be related to the weather.
