Magnolia - Bright Quiet Flats - Prime Location

We were left a complimentary bottle of wine on the counter at the start of our stay. This was a very nice touch, especially given the region's fame for wine-making. The location is perfect. Residential area about a 10-15 minute walk into the city center. If you're lucky enough to get a city-view room as we were, the view is outstanding and was a highlight of our stay. you can see planes flying into OPO every 10 minutes or so and the apartment is just right for seeing the sunset while drinking some wine. The facilities were all basic but sufficient. Washing machine, oven, stove, air-conditioning were all functional. Shower and bathroom were fine as well. I had only positive experiences with the hosts, given I'm not a very needy guest. Still, they were responsive and kind, though interaction is entirely online.

The entrance door on the first floor... the horrible screeching... I can't imagine a good enough excuse not to fix this. This is a huge source of negative reviews for your property yet it seems to escape your attention. You're practically encouraging bad reviews!! On the other hand, it is so bafflingly awful that it makes for a bittersweet memory of our time in the apartment--if you chose to look on the bright side, which I do. The bottle of wine left for us was very dusty, which isn't a problem but being gifted a clean bottle vs a dusty one is a far superior gesture, and the failure to simply wipe down the bottle undercuts this divine gesture of leaving free wine in the first place. It's a bit confusing to be left such a nice gift with a not-so-nice presentation. On cleaning: My wife discovered a strange phenomenon when trying to wipe down the floor. Suds would form when wiping the floor with water and cloth. We tested several locations around the house and found that there were large areas where cleaning had quite obviously lathered the floor in detergent and simply left it that way, not thoroughly mopping over it again with water to remove the excess soap. We had to do the cleaner's work for them and mop the whole floor about 6-7 times (not exaggerating) to remove the soap from the floor. Clearly there are standards issues with the cleaning company used at this property and I hope you work them out because they are easy fixes that will give your property the reputation and score that it deserves for such an affordable, conveniently located spot. The reality of this property is that with a just a little more care, it could be a 10/10 experience. For now, and choosing to look on the bright side.. I can only give it an 8/10. If you don't mind minor issues, I think this apartment is great. If you're super picky, good luck with life in general, but you might have some issues here.

Fajne mieszkanie, czyste i w dobrej lokalizacji, wszystko na nas czekało i było jak należy.

La bouteille de vin ,les dosettes de café à disposition et petit sachet d’huile d’olive . L’éponge le liquide vaisselle torchon essuie tout. Climatisation. Nous avons apprécié ce petit geste d’accueil. Bien placé pas loin du centre ville

À améliorer : Un égouttoir pour la vaisselle. Une poêle 🍳 plus grande également. Et le congélateur décongeler.

O que mais gostei, foi a localização

Não ha persiana para isolar a claridade. Ar condicionado não funciona, havia uma espécie de “buraco” na cozinha. Entrava claridade e calor.
