I won't recommend it 😔
The house is spacious and fairly well-equipped. The shared space is decent.
I saw that it showed 3 beds (including a sofa bed), and since we had one male guest, he wanted a bit of privacy. However, the host asked for an extra fee if we used the sofa bed (even though there were only 4 of us in total). During our stay, there was a heat wave. We asked for a fan, but the host didn’t take any action to help. This made our stay really unpleasant.

Terrible location, they only rented it because it offered air conditioning in a Paris on 34 degrees, but it is a scam, it does not have air conditioning and Booking does not refund your money, it is a scam

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend. Zwar ist die Unterkunft durch die gute Anbindung mit der Metro pr
Mit der Metro ist die Innenstadt Paris gut zu erreichen. Es gab Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung war durch 3 Pins gut gesichert.
Die Lage ist in einem Drogenviertel, die Bettwäsche hatte große Verschmutzungen, das Bett ist voll mit Bettwanzen- mein Mann hat am Körper überall Bisse, es gibt kein WLAN, es ist sehr heiß und in der Wohnung man kann dir Heizung nicht runter stellen, in der Wohnung standen mehrere große leere Flachen Lachgas

L'emplacement la proximité avec le métro. L appartement est spacieux
Le comportement de la propriétaire ou gestionnaire. L appartement est loué avec un parking une priorité pour nous. avions vu dans un avis du 5 dec quelqu un se plaignait de ne pas avoir eu accès au parking nous venions 20 jours plus, tard et pensions que le problème serait réglé mais c est arrivés devant le bâtiment que nous avons appris après insistance que la, zappette pour la porte de garage est perdue donc pas de parking. Les casseroles n étaient pas propres (reste de pâtes collées dans le fond) pour le reste l appartement était propre. Il a fallu réclamer le code wifi (pas indiqué dans l appartement) finalement la box ne fonctionne pas. Et enfin nous avons écourté notre séjour d une nuit après avoir découvert une punaise de lit et un sommier plein de traces de ces petites bêtes. Nous n avons jamais cumule autant de déconvenues en 1 seul location très décevant.
