View from the stay was awesome
It is approx 100 m down from the parking location. But, the hike was worth for the view.

Having the view of the three peaks from our balcony was such a luxury. We couldn’t believe our eyes. Having our breakfast there with that view was unbelievable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and ideal after a My Batur hike. The beds were super comfy and it is only a short walk to the main town.
Kintamani is a cooler area so you will feel cold at night. Not cold by European standards but you notice it after spending a couple days south at all the beaches.

Beautiful view. Large clean room. Quiet, except for birds singing in the morning.
Nothing. I came with a backpack knowing it was downhill and lots of stairs. The stairs were good exercise for me. I'm 70 and not that fit but, just traveled up and down stairs slow. I had help with my bag from staff. Breakfast 6 out of 10. OK, but next time I would have gone out for breakfast.

Rooms with views of the volcano and beautiful natural scenery, and staff are cheerful and provide immediate assistance.
Location is bad as the car can’t enter The rooms are located far from road, you cannot take lagged yourself. The way to room is very rough, and there are no stairs to descend; it's a steep drop.
