I loved this place! My room was spotlessly clean, large, light and comfortable, with excellent views of Batur.
The common areas are immaculate, also with excellent views. Staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
Its in a very quiet location, away from main road traffic noise.
I really hope to come back to stay again.

Friendly host who helped order dinner to be delivered when we arrived in the evening. Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning.
The access street down from the main road is REALLY steep. Our driver was very concerned about how steep it was and whether he'd be able to turn around and get back up the hill. It was ok in the end (just), but something to be aware of.

The view was nice. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time. The room is spacious and very clean.
There was no hot water. Nobody was around to tell that there was no hot water. Very isolated Location, you really need your own transport. Our room is on the common room with viewing verandah outside, when other guests wake up, in our case a family of young children, then it is very loud.
No breakfast or food facilities, which is disappointing for such an isolated accommodation.
