Dirty all over

Spacious, had the bare minimum one could need, the host very nice and communicative

The apartment could use a microwave, especially since there are no pots, the one pan and pot were horribly unsanitary and couldn't be used, all the dishes were extremely dirty, the drying rack was downright slimy, we had to run everything through the dishwasher before we felt comfortable using anything. Even the cutlery tray was dirty. None of the three remotes (tv, AC and tv module) were functional and all three had the batteries chewed on them. The fridge was dirty, the freezer had an unhealthy amount of ice and was dirty as well, a very dirty fresh box (bottom rack), looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several months. The towels are threadbare, almost see-through. The couch is using rocks instead of a leg to stay on, a second one is broken beyond repair and could cause harm. The second bedroom had condom wrappers between the wall and the bed (our 8 year-old found them).

Mario was great host and really helpfull. Location is nice and you have all the amenities you may need.

One of the blankets was smelling really bad. Since there is no bugscreen on windows there were too many small flies .

Very good to stay in the center of Skopje

Lovely clean and bright apartment with a phantastic view on the mountains around Skopje; all necessary things are available. The communication with the host was easy and supportive. Even in case that the key was lost. He came and offered a replacement one - and had a smile whilst the key was at the end found in the depth of the bag. ;-) We come again.

In one of the nights made neigbours noise, so earplugs could be a choice.

When he comes home, it is a very clean and new house. The only problem is that the seats in the living room are insufficient and uncomfortable. Apart from that, we encountered a landlord who provides a quick solution. The location and the house are very good. Thank you for everything.
