Westminster Fire Station Luxury Apartments by JOIVY

It took several attempts with the door code. Once inside it was easy to pick up the keys. Buses and trains a short walk away. Small supermarkets just around the corner. A great location! Could walk to so many tourist locations. Apartment was very clean and well equiped. Would stay again.

Our kettle didn’t work on arrival and we tried to call the local concierge but there was no answer. The person at the desk very quickly replaced it the next day when we asked. The room information said that there was a clothes drying rack in the room, but there was not one. One was provided when we asked. Only a small double bed but room was not big enough to take a bigger one.

I really liked the location and it was very convenient and private. It was also close to 3 major tube stops. The property manager was terrific and very responsive to anything we needed.

we would have liked the option of a larger bed or twin beds. And a microwave in the one bedroom flat. Minor issues, though.

Our stay at Westminster Fire Station Luxury Apartments was excellent. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Its location was perfect—quiet and secure, yet within easy walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St James’s Park, restaurants, shops, and public transport. The unique character of the converted historic fire station made our stay even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, and groups visiting central London.

The parking area in front of the property was almost always full, making pick-up and drop-off quite inconvenient. It was particularly difficult for Uber drivers to stop nearby or locate a suitable place to wait, especially when we had luggage. A designated loading and unloading area would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience for guests.

Location was excellent, and the apartment had all the necessary facilities. Very accessible and suitable for a family.
