Great location 5 min walk to Westminster cathedral and 10min to Buckingham palace. Great selection of food just up the road with little convenience store close by. Washing machine was a bonus and wifi Great communication via email and WhatsApp. Check-in instructions were easy to understand.
Air conditioning in living area didn’t work quite as well as the bedrooms, would have loved dishwashing liquid capsules for the dishwasher were provided but we didn’t have enough dishes to warrant using it.

location was great, property was spacious.
underfloor heating difficult to control was hot and cold seemingly randomly. Windows were noisy - unable to fully close next to busy road. Building Maintenance underway.
