Hope House Residences by Aeria Apartments

Very nice accommodations in a great location with easy access to landmarks and public transportation.

Host/ property owner was not communicative at all. The light switch in the living room did not work, so we couldn’t use the space at night. Unfortunately, we didn’t discover this until after-hours, and it couldn’t be fixed until after we had to check-out the next day. We also had a problem with the lock-box when checking out, and were scrambling to figure out where to leave the keys as an alternative. It was early in the morning so, we got no response and had to get creative on where we left the keys. Still haven’t received a response confirming their receipt of our email/ message.

The apartment is amazing. Love the ceilings, fixtures, little touches.

The curtains were kind of clumsy, need to be adjusted and maintained.

Maintenace needed especially the furniture and curtains

Location is excellent for exploring London attractions. Polite receoption representative however not empowered to make any decisions or provide extra kitchen towel or dishwashing soap.

The apartment has high end design however is very worn. The sofa was very unclean, alot of stains, the bed had broken slats and the beds had not been howveered underneath with previous guest hair and wrappers still under bed. The fridge had a very bad smell. In addition no dish soap is provided meaning you must go to shop. I contacted the company to ask for review of the fridge and bed on day one but no response recieved.
