This was a fantastic location to base visits to London. Minutes walk to parliament. The facilities were very high quality. The staff was very helpful. Easy location to catch a taxi or uber. Moment from the Thames. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out. The kitchen had all you needed for a short stay.
Nothing bad from our perspective. If you were two couples you may not appreciate the shower only being accessible through the master bedroom. If that is an issue, they have two bedroom units.

Great location, very close to Westminster Abbey and Parliament. You can even hear Big Ben at night, which adds a special atmosphere to the stay. The apartment itself has a nice design and feels comfortable
We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Luxury Apartment for 8 nights and expected a view like in the photos, but the unit we received was on the ground floor. It turns out that only duplex apartments have those views, which was not very clear when booking. Also, we had to wait about 30 minutes at reception around 7 PM for someone to arrive and provide the keys.

A London gem — we didn't want to leave!
From the moment we arrived, this apartment exceeded every expectation. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you need is right on your doorstep. The design is stunning, the space is surprisingly generous, and the views are simply to die for. We found ourselves stopping just to stare out the window. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout, which made settling in effortless. But what truly set this stay apart was our host — incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. We felt completely at home from day one.
If you're looking for the perfect London base, look no further. We will absolutely be back.
