Die Lage ist super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Kleinere Ausbesserungsarbeiten notwendig. Z.B. Farbe an der Decke im Bad blättert ab. Gardine im Wohnzimmer gerissen.

Location is perfect for commuting and sightseeing.
Ongoing construction that starts at 8am, thus noisy early on. Windows are no help with poor insulation. Master bedroom restroom door doesn't close due to floor defect. The towel heater in the bathroom is so hot that it burns you everytime you pass by it. Terrible. The Houst company made us to take underground transit to pick up and drop off our key for check in and check out due to late check in at 11pm. They could have managed it better way.
