17 Howard Road. Southampton

The size, lots of space and good location for what we needed. Met our needs for staying and host was easy to Contact

Unfortunately the TV didn’t have any sound which was a shame as a little music while we caught up with friends would’ve been good. And there was a few noises from the very close Neighbour in the back. So had to close over the curtains to block him off

The property was very good value for money and in a great location. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay and found it a very nice place to stay.

Nothing negative to mention. Everything was fine during our stay.

Spacious and ventilation

On the road a bit noise from the traffic

I liked the location. The bedroom sizes were spacious. The house was clean. It worked out for us as it was only one night's stay.

The toilet did not have the back flap so it was uncomfortable to sit on the seat especially for the children. The metal silver flush button cap on the flush was broken so in order to flush you would need to be firm. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks, so on the night we stayed as it was raining the water fell into the bathroom. There were lots of curtain hooks missing on the curtains in the living room and the bedrooms so you had to carefully draw the curtains so that light did not come in during the night. There was no Iron in the bedrooms, luckily I brought my own. One of the work tops in the kitchen was sticky. The bed in the double room with laminate flooring was very comfortable, but the rest of the beds was not. In the bedroom with two single beds one of the beds closest to the window had a bigger mattress than the base which was 3/4 length, so it was uncomfortable. The other double bed was fair.
