SOUTHAMPTON Central Apartments - Wise Stays

Property was as described with the exception of bed configuration. Photo shows 2 single beds in second bedroom but was in fact a queen so sleeping arrangements had to be modified . Location was excellent near train and shopping. Kitchen was well appointed however some dishes and pots had to be well washed before use. Property owner was cooperative with early check in which was very helpful. Check in instructions were good although last minute. Internet was fast and reliable. Balcony would have been very pleasant but weather did not permit.

The building is old and was under renovations on the main floor. Upon arrival had to navigate hallway full of tools etc. to get to the elevator. Apartment was not as clean as I would have expected…kitchen floor very sticky to walk on , dishes, pots and utensils had to be washed before use, carpet had stains and door frames were riddled with fingerprints . Smell from shower drain in bathroom off bedroom. Main bathroom very nice.

Great location to central station and walking into the city. Roomy and well resourced

Slightly tired apartment with some visible stains which was off putting when first entering.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable — the location was great, the space was cozy and well-equipped, and I really appreciated the smooth check-in and communication throughout.

Just a small note for future reference: while I really enjoyed my stay, I noticed that the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine could use a bit more thorough cleaning.

the hot water didn’t work well for us. we ran out after one shower and couldn’t even fill a bath. obviously a problem with it.
