Great stay, great value for money, could ask for any more.
Location perfect right near the station and town centre. Very Spacious property sleeping 9 with a spacious living room and dining room. Parking permit available; the host also called before arrival to ensure we were set and reassured us if there was anything we needed that she was only a call away.

Fantastic stay in a modern and clean house.
We stayed for 3 nights as a family (4 adults, 2 children) and the house is spacious. The kitchen is really well equipped, and cooking can easily be done. The bathroom, downstairs is modern and spacious. The beds are comfortable and, as we came in winter, from a hot country, we were not cold thanks to really nice duvets! Ryan, the host, was super responsive via WhatsApp. First, I told him we had 2 cars, so he arranged for an extra parking permit. Secondly, I am ashamed to say that we did not manage to make the heating work the first night (Completely our fault). He sent his dad the next day when I messaged him to make sure the heating was working properly. (We felt VERY sheepish!). Check-in information was super clear and detailed, making the process absolutely painless. same about check-out. We spent 3 days exploring Southampton and the area around it and it was nice to know we had a good house to go to in the evening.

The host was lovely, when we had a minor issue with the parking (through no fault of theirs), she was friendly and prompt in helping us to sort it.
