Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $100 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.

Great property! Only complaint is the property restricts the number of umbrellas on the beach. We were unable to rent umbrellas or chairs.

We have never been to this area and the views were great. Crossing the main highway to beach was a little tricky because road is busy but there are crosswalks. Beds were comfortable and great having a pool and fitness room. It did have a terrible cigarette smell which i told the company as soon as we checking into the unit. We tried to open the place up to get rid of smell but it did linger for the days we stayed. The beach is beautiful and everyone was very friendly.

We booked five days for a quick R & R trip. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed.We enjoyed the rest and even discussed how peaceful and quiet our stay was. While inside, we never heard anyone else.Sitting out on the deck watching dolphins in the evening was also enjoyable.Highly recommend staying here.

I love the property but there’s other things that was not working during my stay. The tub I think it’s a jacuzzi and it will not turn on, missing number on the internet password, I checked the modem and found the correct password, tv remote not working. Tv will turn on but no signal, we tried both remote. Other than that it’s a beautiful place and I will still go back and make a reservation. I hope they will fix it by then.
