• Monthly-stay pass- valid for 30 days from date of check in.
*Any additional lengths of stay require additional purchase of passes.
• Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

This condo was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue we noticed the first night that was immediately corrected by maintenance the next day. The mgmt company was super easy to work with and took good care of us. I will say the patio furniture could use an update, but it was still good. The view was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded, and there is very little wait for tables at nearby restaurants.
