Memorable 6th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with ONE OF A KIND decor & front & rear balconies with views of 3 bodies of water - the GULF, OLE RIVER AND THE BAY! This charmer features LOCAL ARTWORK and fun decor that will appeal to young and old in addition to GREAT VIEWS!

UV light/HEPA filter system on HVAC for sanitization/allergy relief.

The riverfront balcony allows for dolphin watching and overlooks the ON-SITE MARINA and Large Pool across Ono Island and into the Bay- Bring your BOAT or JET SKI, Kayaks or Paddleboards. (There is a registration fee for motorized watercraft and their trailers - contact owner for details). The beachside balcony looks across the street to the Gulf (very short walk, about 200 yards).

The master features ultra comfy king bed and it's own entry to the balcony-great for moonlit nights overlooking the water and some of the best sunsets you'll see! There is also a large tv. The second bedroom features twin beds and access in room to the second bath.

The living room has a decorative fireplace(not usable at this time) , flat screen and convertible bed and overlooks the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with S/S appliances, Keurig and Mr. Coffee, granite counters, huge island and has a large pantry with washer/dryer. DON'T MISS THIS UNIT - YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

Both Balconies feature table and chairs and the riverside balcony has a daybed for afternoon naps or a lazy evening. Looks over Ole River and Perdido Bay where pirates once roamed (and hid)!

Also home to the endangered Perdido Beach Mouse, Pelicans, Osprey and watch the dolphins cruise the river from your balcony.

Ten minutes to Orange Beach with lots of restaurants, shopping, walking/biking trails and more! Gulf Shores and Gulf State Park are about 20 minutes away.

This was our first time staying on the river side rather than on the gulf. It was peaceful and entertaining to watch the boats go by. Beautiful view and just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There's not much of an ocean view but the old river view made up for it. Dolphins swim by of a morning. Public beach access is 5 mins down tha road and florabama is walking distance as well as a convenience store next door. Highly recommended. Also this place was quiet and the balcony is awesome!

The location was excellent! The condo is better than the photos. I lived on the bayside pool as did many others the week I was there. I enjoyed the peace and quiet but yet close enough to shopping, restaurants, and many other local area activities for adults and kids. The view of the ocean and the bay were beautiful. I do hope to return next year!

My boys loved watching the dolphins swim by and the sliding doors where the perfect views for the small lightning storm we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone going to either pensacola or orange beach. The condo was exactly as listed! The inside decor is beautiful! Our mornings were spent on the back balcony having coffee and watching for dolphins. We saw them almost every morning!! We loved both pools and spent lots of time at the pool that the condo overlooked. The walk to the beach is a bit more than we anticipated, especially with two little ones, but we were able to drive over and park in the beachside property lot. We didn’t have a beach wagon and the walk over would have been much more doable if we had one. The only true issue we had was with the beds in the second bedroom. Twins were great, but the mattresses seemed older, seemed unstable and were not very comfortable. The owners were out of town, but gave us a contact and he was very responsive. I highly recommend this property and hope to return again in the fall or early spring. Thanks Anne for being a wonderful hostess!!

Spacious and beautiful condo on the sixth floor. On the Ole river side with awesome views. Saw dolphins every day of our stay. Enjoyed the river traffic of the ole river. Across the river is Ono Island with beautiful River homes. Has a nice clean pool on the river side. Across the street there is another pool on the ocean that you can utilize along with a private section of the beach. We love listening to live music and the Florabama is just 3/4 mile away. The condo has all the amenities you will need and is furnished nicely. There are many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Gulf shores and foley are just a short drive away and have many activities and great restaurants around. Pensacola is just east of us. You can see the thunderbirds practice and visit the air museum. The zoo is just 30 miles and located in foley. We did not have any issues accessing the condo or any issues during our stay. It was seamless. The condo is located in a fairly quiet location. The only exception is the mullet toss happened during the first weekend of our vacation. Traffic was a mess, mainly on Saturday. Other than that everything was fantastic. We will definitely try to use this condo again.

Absolutely love this location. We cooked breakfast every morning. (The skillets might have there better days). The Point was our favorite spot for dinner and Doc's seafood. The twin bedroom good use some blackout curtains(there is a bright light outside the bedroom window). The 2 twin beds were very squeaky, they may have also seen there better days. The shower in the master had a slow drain. Overall we love this condo🙂

This was an awesome vacation condo in Perdido Key. The condo was very well decorated and clean. The location was great. We spent a lot of time at the larger pool close by and enjoyed the beach and smaller pool across the street everyday. The beach was not very crowded but it was still an accessible drive to shopping and restaurants. The balcony overlooking the old river was wonderful. Our family enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins go by. Our only suggestion is to replace the master bed. It dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep on.

My good friends and I have been going to the Florida panhandle area for a week in May for the last 20 years. We have always stayed ocean front but decided to give this condo a try since it was still on the water, just not ocean. We were pleasantly surprised. It's unique decorating theme made me feel like Jack Sparrow had a hand in it. Kind of like the captains quarters on a pirate ship. Very interesting. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean. The pool was great! We enjoyed watching the boats on the river - and people who brought their dogs to fetch off the dock - that was very entertaining. All in all it was a much needed getaway - and we all enjoyed ourselves.

My husband and I were here for our anniversary. We got married in Perdido Key and have stayed in a few locations. This condo was sooooo wonderful! We loved the location to enjoy BOTH the Ole River AND the Gulf. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved the decor...very tasteful with a bit of whimsy! Super clean...easy access and just perfect for us. We didn't need to contact Anne for anything (that's a good thing) so I really didn't get to correspond with Anne while there. The location was excellent in close range of everything. The only hiccup we had was cable outage. We called the provider and they ran a diagnostic test and was able to resolve. Like I said minor issue. The property was warm and inviting and the host remained in communication with us. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you,

This was a perfect condo for us. The guys enjoyed the fishing from the dock. We went to Johnson beach several days. We chartered a fishing trip with Jacked Up and then took the fish to Wolf Bay and they cooked it for us. The bedroom with the twinbeds could use some blackout blinds. Only wish there was somekind of recycling. We really enjoyed our stay . Would love to come back next year❤️

We can't stay enough about this condo. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was very well maintained, awesome location, and very clean. The back deck/patio (which is where I spent every moment that we were in the condo) is an oasis all on it's own! We ate every meal overlooking the water and watching the boats and dolphins! It is extremely quiet and peaceful. The pool is super nice, too. Anne was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. The ice maker was a major plus, too! Check in was a breeze. Highly recommend. My only hope is that we get to return and stay again!

The condo is beautifully decorated with local art, the location is prime for the area and I can not say enough about the cleanliness. My 10 year old twins especially loved fishing off the dock. Thanks James and Anne, our family of 4 LOVED our stay here. The condo was great in having beach, pool, and fishing access. Though there were always people around, it still felt more private and wasn’t a huge party area. Family friendly. Anyone we ran into was welcoming and nice. I appreciated all the fun, unique décor-everyday I “discovered” something different. As a fellow displayer of my children’s art, I also loved seeing the homemade wall décor! It was a very homey touch. We loved relaxing out on the balcony and watching all the activity in the Ole River. The first day there we saw a pod of dolphins! Here are some additional pros/cons of our stay: PROS: -full size washer/dryer -showerheads were a good height for our tall family, with nice water pressure and great heat -plenty of storage space and places to hang hats, towels, etc -plenty of space in bathroom to store toiletries -plenty of room and seating for the family to “spread out”, if needed -nice kitchen with adequate, basic items for a short stay -separate commercial ice maker -grills available (we didn’t use them, but knew we could if needed) -quick elevator access, with carts available for toting items -easy access to pitch trash -private (for the condo) beach access CONS: -the hot tub was closed (no fault of the owners) -we eventually had to leave! 😊 This isn’t really a con, but worth mentioning to others who may be looking, the front balcony looking out to the ocean is not private but is open to others passing in the main condo area. I misunderstood the photos, thinking there were 2 private balconies. No big deal though, we spent most of our time on the back balcony! Thanks again, we are already wanting to plan a trip to come back!
