Right on the Florida/Alabama border, this ground floor waterfront condo provides stellar amenities both private and shared! Every day can be spent on the water with the bay out front and beach across the road. When you aren't taking in mesmerizing views of the Old River, head for the Gulfside pool or the pickleball / tennis courts. Away from your stay, enjoy exploring Perdido Key State Park, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Craft Farms Golf Club, and a plethora of delicious eateries and vibrant shops.
Boasting an open floor plan, the living room, dining room, and kitchen come together in perfect unison. Lounge on one of the soft sofas in the living room, tuned into your favorite movie, while the chef of your family cooks amongst the blue tile, stainless steel appliances, and gleaming countertops in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine together at the breakfast bar, at the formal dining table, or alfresco overlooking the water.
Both of the bedrooms in this condo are bright, airy, and well-decorated with lovely nautical touches. After a day spent by the sand and surf, rinse off in one of the showers and throw your swimsuits into your washer/dryer for a refresh.
This ground floor condo is a part of Needle Rush Point which has a low rise, country club feel with beautifully landscaped grounds, very low density, and a whopping 700-foot width on the beach. It will never feel crowded even on major holiday weekends. Park right in front of your condo. There are no parking garages, elevators, or wristband fobs to deal with.
No more than a few hundred yards wide in most places, Perdido Key stretches some 16 miles, with almost 60 percent of it located in federal or state parks – making it one of the last remaining unblemished stretches of wilderness on the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach and next to the dock/pier. It offers easy access to all the restaurants and shops in Orange Beach but away from the crowd. The condo has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
