This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Beach Access directly across the street.
You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.
1 Parking Pass Included 2nd Pass $30
Boaters - If you are bringing your boat it is a $50/n boat slip rental. No trailer parking at the condo. Most guest just leave truck and trailer at public boat ramp.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking
A $200 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

Clean, well maintained. Quiet location, much less crowded described by my son as calm. Nice size swimming pool. Dock area clean providing nice area to fish as well as enjoy the view while you swing. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner responsive to all messages promptly as well as check in to ensure all is going smoothly. I would stay here again.

This was our first time to stay here. We come to Orange Beach a couple times a year and love to bring our boat, so we like to stay at places that have a boat slip so we can watch our boat. My only complaint would be trying to find a spot to keep the boat trailer. We will not leave at a public launch so had to pay a storage fee off site. Other than that, we have no other complaints. We can't say enough about the host, Jon. He was AWESOME! We will definitely be back!

Overall, the condo is just ok. The living area and master look good, but a new mattress is needed in the master. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo that is in great need of being recaulked. Both baths are showing their age.
We had a couple of problems with the doors and the landlord was very responsive.
A couple of suggestions if you’re planning to stay here: bring your own bath and laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent. You are provided a single use packet of each by the landlord that won’t get you through a week.
The owner offers a wagon and beach chairs, but it’s not easy to access the beach, especially with small children. However, the view of the docks and bay is very nice.
