Welcome to Molokai Villas 3B, a beautifully renovated ground-floor condo in Perdido Key, just one mile from the world-famous Flora-Bama. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, with access to both the Ole River and the Gulf.
The King master suite features a private walkout to a spacious deck, while the guest bedroom includes a queen-over-queen bunk, providing plenty of sleeping space. A second bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room add convenience for larger groups. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals and even includes a small chest freezer, ideal for storing fresh catches or extra groceries.
Molokai Villas spans both sides of the road, with this unit located on the Ole River side, where you’ll find the pool, first-come, first-serve boat slips with newly rebuilt docks, and trailer parking. A short walk across the street leads to the private beach access point. The condo includes one assigned parking space.
