No tents allowed at Perdido Towers. If I had known this I would have booked elsewhere. (This was important to us) We had to go buy umbrellas for our stay after we had hauled a tent. However, the walk to beach was quick and the beach was not crowded. The condo was very clean The master bedroom was large and had a great view. Bathrooms were on the small side. Kitchen had everything one needed. The parking pass was not in condo but after a quick text we had a temporary solution. The parking pass was delivered the next morning. Balcony had great views but only big enough for 2 chairs.

Amazing view of the Ocean. So peaceful. I guess I spent a couple hours a day just on the balcony watching the ocean. Seeing dolphins in the morning and watching the seagulls get there breakfast. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo was very clean. Beds were amazing. Had plenty of room for our crew. Looking for another stay next year.

The property was just as described in listing and previous reviews. Lots going on in there. The shower didn’t drain which was gross. I can get past all the other oddities within the unit itself. The overall property was great. Great location for us, great staff (security guard, maintenance), chair rental available, and pool. Finding the unit was a bit tricky with all the doors but we found it! Only 10 floors so it is a quick in and out to the pool or beach.

Great location right on the beach. Easy access over boardwalk. Good security features. #303 was comfortably furnished and well appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils . . . but some of the basics (soap, dish soap, toilet paper) were not provided, only starter amounts. No hairdryer. Loved the balcony and ability to open master windows to hear the waves.

The condo needs updating especially in the kitchen w appliances, coffee pot, blender ect....!! The worst check in time of 4PM and you are told not to even ask to check any earlier. Also check out time is 9am, absolutely ridiculous. For those reasons I will not be staying at this condo or these folks again. Condo was overall ok however the balcony was very small w 3 chairs. Just not what I use to when renting.

Spring Break trip to Perdido Key for our family of 5. Beautiful unit, very nicely decorated and all the amenities you would need. This is a quiet area compared to nearby Gulf Shores which makes it ideal for our younger kids. Would definitely stay again!

this tower was under surface and interior remodeling. Southern Rentals knew this but did not inform us. The entrance was blocked by a crane , the balcony front and back were taped shut. Southern Rentals did not inform us of this construction nor could they put us into another unit. We were woke up at 7:30 AM by jack hammers above our unit-the unit was really very tacky and not nicely decorated. We stayed 1 night because we arrived at 5PM after 9 hrs. on the road and were tired. We checked out at 10;45 and went to the Phoenix 10 to a great unit for the rest of our stay.

We arrived on Saturday. We left a day early. First, the beach was great - not too busy and beautiful! The condo interior was nice. The master bathroom shower is something out of a steampunk torture chamber for midgets however. I'm 5' 7" and it was too short for me but I could still shower if I crouched down. My husband is 6' 6" though and he did not fit at all. Lastly, there was a substantial amount of building maintenance occurring on the exterior of the building. Our patio was completely blocked off and we couldn't see the ocean or the beach without standing at the sliding glass doors. Every morning at 715a the building maintenance crew would coalesce outside in preparation for their days work loudly laughing, joking, and clanking their tools around. Promptly at 8am EVERY MORNING of the week they would begin power washing to remove the paint on the building all around us. It sounded like a dental drill x100 RIGHT above your head. At 8am. Every day. And it lasted ALL day - until approximately 5pm. So, from 8am to 5pm you could not be inside the condo. You couldn't carry a conversation, watch tv, read or relax at all. After the 3rd day I reached out to the property management company that rented the condo to us (Southern Vacation Rentals). I sent a FB direct/private message to them with videos of what was happening. Over the course of the next two days I sent more videos so they could understand how terrible it was. They claimed that they had no idea the building maintenance crew was doing this work. We later found out from another tenant that this maintenance had been going on since before Christmas. They knew and didn't bother to tell us or we would have rented elsewhere. They refunded us the equivalent of 1 night stay. They never called or stopped by to talk to us - not once. Just, here's your 1 night refund. It was so bad, we just couldn't take it anymore and ended our vacation a day early and drove back home. It was really disappointing and I will never rent from this company again. RENTERS BEWARE.

My family of five stayed in this Perdido Key condo for Thanksgiving 2018. The highlights include an obstructed view of the beach/ocean, a fully-stocked kitchen, and easy access to the pool and beach. Not only were we able to enjoy the ocean view from the living room/living room balcony, but also from the master suite. Each morning, I laid in bed just a little while longer, gazing at the beautiful scenery outside. You might want to bring your own Turkey pan, but everything else you could possibly need to make a meal is stored in the kitchen - oven, crockpot, fry cooker, plenty of pots, pans, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, plates and bowls. With all of the many kitchen gadgets stored in the kitchen, there is still an entire pantry ready to receive groceries. Access to the pool involves a short elevator ride to the ground floor and a 30 second walk just outside the clubhouse, and the beach is just a few steps from the pool (see pictured walkway). I also appreciated this particular condo, because of all of the many decorative pieces selected by the owner. This gave the condo a unique character.

The location is perfect! The beach is never crowded and we absolutely love this area of Perdido Key. The condo could use some updating, but overall, super easy to access and fine for a week. The balcony chairs could certainly be updated to something more comfortable in order to enjoy the views.

We had a wonderful vacation in Perdido Key. The condo was perfect and the view was absolutely beautiful. I got up every morning and went out on the balcony to look for the dolphins which we saw several mornings. The pool was very nice and inviting, the private walkway to the beach was great with easy access to the water to rinse off the sand and the beach was just the perfect distance from the condo. We definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Thank you.

I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness or responsiveness of the property. Things are broken that need to be fixed like the shower in the master bedroom drains so slow the water in the tub was at my calf during my shower and almost took to the next morning to drain out. Which is a downer when more than one person has to shower. I let management know, they said someone would be out to fix it but no one came. I flushed the toilet and the handle just fell off. Smh. There is mold in the shower on a shelf that looks like someone built and put in there. The dust within the property was thick everywhere and there was hair in the towels and long strings on the floor. We swept up, sprayed Lysol and wiped down what we wanted to use. The washer and dryer barely work, only on certain settings. We needed a pool code that was never provided in our information. We ended up getting the code from another member. The information packet that was on the counter when the we got there had old dates on the parking passes, we had to find one and write the information in ourselves. I was disappointed because everything looked really nice but wasn't well put together. I'm glad I came for the beach and the views and that didn't let me down too. Smh. I enjoyed my weekend but, probably won't stay at this location again.

The check in was super easy, no need to go to the office at all. The condo was well stocked with starters like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beaches and pool were not overcrowded, even though it was spring break. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view! Comfortable unit and a very nice facility. Pool and beach are EASILY accessible. The pool is nice and clean and the area of the beach was awesome. Grounds were tidy and kept up. Parking lot was clean and very close to our entrance. (Carts are also available) The elevators are spaced out so we were never waiting on 1. It appeared as though each elevator was dedicated to maybe 10-12 units. WiFi worked great, cable was solid and the TV is nice and clear. Couches were very comfortable, too. PLENTY of room for our 2 adults and 2 teens; it could easily accommodate more. TONS of cookware and utensils, and an abundance of storage cabinets in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Plenty of pillows, too. A well-stocked gas station/Market was directly across the street. Tennis courts and access to a dock and the bay are across the street, as well. VERY HAPPY with this unit and will definitely go back!

The property was nice, and so was the facility. However, I would not stay at this venue again. Because we checked in on a Sunday, I was instructed to visit the property management group on Monday to verify my identification. Monday morning I went down to the office in the condo and asked if they needed anything. The woman told me, no just that she wanted to make sure I had a parking pass. That afternoon we went down to the beach, wanting to head back up to the condo, I checked my phone and noticed a message from the property group stating that the condo has been locked and we cannot enter until we head to the property management office a few miles away. Awesome!!! I have no wallet, keys or anything (all in the condo). Thank god I had my cell. Called them back, said it was no big deal just head down to the office…… OK, but I can’t get to my keys. They were able to unlock the condo remotely. Just a pain to go through while on vacation. Lastly, because this is a managed account there is nothing in the condo, soap, laundry detergent, salt / pepper, etc… basic things that are typical found in a rental. Nice location though.
