The stunning balcony affords incredible views of Old River and the Intracoastal Waterway, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your morning coffee and even dine al fresco while watching boats go by and keeping an eye out for dolphins!
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bathroom includes a large jetted tub, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and plush 100% oversize bath towel sets! The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom boasts 2 twin beds affording comfortable accommodations for 6 guests throughout!
Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, utensils, cookware, dishware, glassware and small appliances, a dining table, high speed Wi-Fi and cable,full size washer and dryer, 24 hour check-in and local assistance! • Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

Excellent condo for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation there and cooked our special meal. Easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and had plenty of linens. This complex on the riverside had 2 decks, one on the front the other on the back. Wonderful views on the 10th floor. Definitely stay there again.
