I have stayed at many condos in the Perdido Key area and this is one of the best. The balcony is spacious with a gorgeous view. The condo is nicely furnished and the beds were all comfortable with nice memory foam mattresses (comfortable beds is sometimes hard to find in condos!) The living room is large and accommodating. The complex is small which is nice bc the beach isn’t overcrowded. And close to Flora Bama and lots of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Plenty of room for 5 adults. Every room was what we expected it would be and more. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. No complaints!!!! But I do want to point out one BIG thing…. That balcony is AMAZING. When we weren’t on the beach, we were on that balcony and it couldn’t have been better! Mornings and evenings we soaked up all the time we could there. The view was just perfect. Loved all the seating out there!
Beach service was disappointing as I was under the impression you couldn’t set up in front of the reserved chairs/umbrellas (we’ve stayed at condo’s before where this was the case) but we had people/groups in front of us on all 3 days. Had we known that, we would have skipped it, saved our money and brought our own gear.
Thanks for the very best place for our girls trip! Hope to be back soon!

The condo was exactly as described - beautiful view, clean, well-appointed kitchen, and easy access to beach. Unfortunately, some of the originally listed amenities were either non-existant or of poor quality. Specifically, at the time of booking there was a hot tub/spa listed as available - and when management was called the day after arrival, we were told that it hadn't been operational for four years (and the amenity was referenced in our check-in materials as well). This was an important part of our decision making process as one of the guests needed it for phyical therapy. When the opportunity to rectify this shortcoming was presented to management, LCV refused to make a price adjustment citing they couldn't guarantee items in the listing. Further, the gym 'amenity' was awful - old equipment, rusted weights and dingy room. This was another component of our decision making process. Since these weren't on site, we had to find a local provider at additional cost, and inconvenience, to us. Finally, while the linens were provided as expected, the towels with the LCV logo were so scratchy and poorly absorbent that we used the beach towels that we brought with us.
