Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (pre-registration and fee applies). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

6 man bachelor trip. Property was so accessible/walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, and communication with the agent was bar none. Would absolutely book again!

When we arrived at the condo complex, it took us a few minutes to find the right unit as the signage is not easily visible from the roadway. We were a bit worried about our choice when we found the unit E11 and went to the door--it was in very rough shape on the outside! When we walked in, it was pretty musty smelling from being closed up. We opened the sliding doors for a bit to air it out. We took a look around, and saw that the place was exactly as pictured on the website. It was perfect for us! The place was very clean overall. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pillows if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The washer and dryer in the unit was helpful to have, not mention utilized a few times. The porch looking out over the Inter Coastal Waterway was amazing! We had coffee and breakfast on the porch every morning and had the pleasure of watching two dolphins playing right off the dock. As I'm a bit of "neatfreak", I did eventually find a broom, but I never did find a dustpan. The one thing I wish the unit had available for guests were beach towels. We borrowed beach towels from our extended family whom we were visiting, but it would be nice to have them available right in the unit. Such a minor thing though. I would definitely stay here again. Incidentally, the manager said they would be replacing doors soon, as they are still making hurricane repairs.
