About this house rental
Guests: Please note the cleaning fee has increased. We have been doing the cleaning "in house" for the past 7 years. We are now turning it over to a professional company and the rate has unfortunately gone up.
Private home across the street from the beach. Riverfront with boat and RV slip for you to use during your stay.
Nestled on the white, sandy beaches of Perdido Key, this is the ultimate beach house. Upstairs there is a large living room with two pull-out couches, two bedrooms, a loft with two full beds, a full kitchen, and a bathroom. Downstairs is a separate apartment with a king bed, bathroom, and laundry room. No beach getaway is complete without plenty of outdoor living space. Upstairs has a large wrap around porch with a 360 degree view of beautiful Perdido Key, Ole River, Ono Island, and Orange Beach. Downstairs there is a huge covered outdoor space perfect for reading, boiling shrimp, grilling out, or just getting out of the sun for a few minutes. There is also a large uncovered deck and a pier over Ole River with fish cleaning station and a boat slip large enough for any center console. The driveway extends alongside the house and has a 30amp hookup for a motor home or RV.
The beach is easily accessible and there is a chair rental station just across the street. Also within walking distance is the World famous Flora-Bama Lounge, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, the new Ole River Bar, the Flora-Bama Lounge and Package, a Waffle House (exciting, right??), and a couple of gas stations.

This little beach house was so cute & fun. It had great views of the bay and an easy walk to the gulf. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The deck & outside bar were perfect for our morning coffee and sunset cocktails. We can’t wait to go back.

The property is close to everything and has everything you need to enjoy a fun vacation! However, there were some issues with the cleanliness during our stay. There were dead bugs behind the doors and under the beds looked like they had not been swept under in ages. The kitchen fridge was not cleaned prior to our arrival. I found a used condom in our bedding during our 2nd day stay. I’m thankful I’m the one that found it and not one of our children! I wrote the owner an email after returning back from vacation to let him know we were unsatisfied with the cleanliness. We had paid a cleaning fee for a clean house to stay in, that wasn’t clean at all. The owner replied he would gladly refund us our cleaning fee. However, no refund has been received & there has been no communication from him since he offered us a refund. I’d look elsewhere if your looking for a clean place to bring your family for a vacation.
