What’s unique about this beach paradise retreat is that every condo in the building is angled slightly to the West so that you can enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views.

Phoenix X is located right on the Alabama-Florida Line right next door to the world-famous FloraBama and across the street from The Yacht Club and Ole River Bar and Grill. A great family beach vacation spot, Orange Beach, Alabama, offers amazing experiences like dolphin-sighting cruises, championship golf courses, fishing charters, and nature hikes. • Parking passes are available for $60 each with a max of 2 passes per reservation. Passes must be purchased on-site at the time of arrival. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
