What’s unique about this beach paradise retreat is that every condo in the building is angled slightly to the West so that you can enjoy magnificent sunrise and sunset views.
There is something to do for every member of your family. This resort comes with fun and sun-filled activities for the young and young at heart! And to finish the day, watch the most amazing sunset while enjoying a nice dinner or a drink on your private balcony.
Phoenix X is located right on the Alabama-Florida Line right next door to the world-famous FloraBama and across the street from The Yacht Club and Ole River Bar and Grill. A great family beach vacation spot, Orange Beach, Alabama, offers amazing experiences like dolphin-sighting cruises, championship golf courses, fishing charters, and nature hikes. • You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• You will pay $50 per pass if you purchase it prior to arrival via the VRPS link that is sent to you. If you wait until arrival, you will pay $60.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
