Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas or charcoal allowed at the condo (this is grounds for eviction).
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great location (2nd floor facing the water) and ideal set up for a family of 4 (one king bedroom and one w/ two doubles). The unit is getting a little dated. Horizontal blinds don’t work well or keep out the light. The unit was generally clean but a lot of dust on ceiling fans, blinds, etc. For a weekend beach vacation it was good enough.

Absolutely loved the location of this property. Pool and beach were never over crowded and it was nice to walk from the beach side to the river side. We will definitely be back.
