• Monthly-stay pass- valid for 30 days from date of check in.
*Any additional lengths of stay require additional purchase of passes.
• Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).
*Please be advised that the owner does have pets (dogs and cats) in the unit periodically.

Great location, beach access was awesome and not too crowded. Issue with shower drain but it was fixed immediately by property management. A little too much furniture in the dining/living area but would stay again.

We enjoyed staying on the bottom floor. The access fo the pier and pool were superb. The beach wasn’t crowded and we enjoyed the location very much.
The mattresses and couches/recliner all need to be replaced. My hips and tailbone suffered for sure. I would only return to this property if these things were done.
I stated that cleanliness was ok because I had to do some cleaning when we arrived.
