Location, clean nice furnishings.
Pool was cold, heater not working. Construction ruined the whole vacation, balcony was closed 5 out of the 8 nights, no communication between property manager snd rental company.

Great view, beautiful beach. Just far away that your not over crowded but close enough to get anywhere you want to be within minutes
