The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. 2 masters facing the water was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was well suited for all of our cooking (we cooked every meal there all week long), and the large pantry to store what we had brought was very convenient. The living room had enough seating for all of us, as well. The only things for potential renters to be aware of about this condo: all the bedrooms are upstairs (no problem for us, but it would be if you had someone who couldn't climb stairs), and the balconies are small and don't get much shade (I usually spend a lot of time on the balcony on my beach trips, but these weren't super conducive for lack of shade)--but the ideal bedroom situation easily overcame that for us on this trip. We highly recommend this condo and found the management company great to deal with!

Loved the quiet, uncrowded beach and spacious condo. My family enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning to the area. A few takeaways:
- If the fitness center is important to you, it consists of a few pieces of cardio equipment in the middle of the property office. Probably not a priority for most people but it was important to a couple of people in my family. We can see why pictures of the “fitness center” weren’t included in the gallery.
- Beach service is available but you have to walk over to the west tower for the comfortable chairs. They only rent the uncomfortable wooden chairs in front of the east tower.
- Don’t get too excited when they say they’ll text if the condo is available early. I communicated that I was arriving on an early flight but didn’t receive the ok to check in until 3:55. I understand check-in is subject to housekeeping but there didn’t appear to be an attempt to accommodate us.
Overall a great place to stay with just a few limitations.

The condo was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. The distance to restaurants and shops was perfect. The beach was very low traffic for spring break and family friendly. The only downside was that there were strong rip tides while we were there and the pool was not usable for some “unexpected issue”. So swimming was very limited. We understand these things happen. But it was still disappointing. Overall a great place to vacation.

No internet or TV for 4 days of my stay, several contacts with vacation rental company with poor service, promises of calling me back and failing to do so. Poor customer service and not even the dignity to try and fix the issues or compensate in any way. Will not book again with luxury coastal vacation rental
