”Heimet” im Berner Oberland

Everything was up to standard, we really liked the location. Max the host was very helpful with an issue that occured with our car he was flexible with checkout time

There was nothing that we didn’t like

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig: die traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge inklusive Wasserfall. Im Vordergrund die grasenden Kühe und dahinter startet ein Flieger vom Militärflughafen. Wo bekommt man so etwas geboten? Mein Vater und ich waren so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, es fehlt an nichts. Für Kinder ist es ein Paradies und Erwachsene können dort wunderbar entspannen. Die große Balkonterrasse lädt dazu ein. Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt: man ist schnell in Brienz, Grindelwald oder Meiringen. Max, unser Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat unsere Ankunft sehr gut organisiert. An dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank und Grüße an die Tochter.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Very spacious apartment, especially for only 2 people. We particularly loved the beautiful outlook the sunny balcony and rural location….the cows just below were fascinating. Great wi fi, great parking, good instructions and very easy access using photos from the host and lock box. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Great position for visiting Jungfrau, Grindelwald, and other spectacular attractions but great to leave the crowds behind afterwards.

The apartment was perfectly clean but unfortunately we could not score 10 because we had to re wash 2 pans and a fair amount of cutlery before use. (Probably just an over loaded dishwasher) Value for money is a difficult issue to score, we are currently staying in our 9 th property on this journey and Unterbach was twice the price of a lovely 2 bed property close to the Großglockner Road in Austria. Having said that the Unterbach property probably was excellent value for its own region.

الكوخ جيد وله تفاصيل جيدة مطل الكوخ ممتاز على شلال وجبال جميلة

دخلت الكوخ وبقيت ساعتين تقريبا لتنظيفه من الذباب الذي كان موجود بالعشرات اذا ماكانت بالمئات والمؤسف انني عندما تواصلت مع المالك لحل هذه المشكلة واخبرته انه من المفترض ان استلم الكوخ نظيفا رد علي بعبارة Hi there التي لا تنم عن احترام واخبرني بأن هذا شي طبيعي وان بيته مليئ بها طبعا من الاشياء التي لم تذكر في وصف المنزل انه ملاصق لحظيرة ابقار طبعا ما يحتاج اقولكم عن الروائح الغير مرغوب فيها والتي ايضا لم يتجاوب المالك معي في ذلك الصالة بدون ستاير يعني لا يوجد خصوصية ابدا والنوم في النور مستحيل وبعد طلبي من المالك وضع الستاير قال الصور في بوكينق بدون ستاير مذكور ان هناك دراجات هوائية ولكن غير موجودة بصراحة وحتى اكون مفيد في تعليقي لان من قبلي لم يذكر ذلك وانا استأجرت بناء على تعليقاتهم اقول وبكل صراحة هناك خيارات اكثر روعة واقل سعر وملاك افضل تعاملا والمؤسف ايضا انني عندما اخبرت بوكينق الذي من المفترض ان يحمي حقي وانا عميل مميز عندهم واخبروني ان كل ذلك لا يستدعي تعويضا
