Only thing we like was the location and parking. The view at lake lungern was breathtaking. And private parking in front of the house.

We had a late checkin because they shared the access code to the house late. I asked prior to our arrival and they said they gonna share the code once the room is ready. We waited for thirty minutes after the check-in time. Weird thing there was no one came out of the house while we were waiting! And what’s worst the room wasn’t even clean. Lack of facilities and poor service. (Few days prior your arrival, they’ll give you a message that you need to bring everything your own. Literally everything. And you have to put bed sheets on your own). So yup, i wonder why the late checkin 🤷🏻‍♀️ there was no heater, so it was very cold

On the positive side, the shower was excellent, with very hot water that was relaxing after a long day.

The room did not fully meet our expectations. It was quite cold, the heaters were not working, and the beds were rather firm. There was also no drinking water available, which would have been appreciated after traveling. Compared to the photos, the place felt a bit different from what we anticipated.

Location not right on spot. And the place did not have sign for name. We were walk around find the place. Lucky they have nice neighbor she help us look for the place. Don't arrive late. Would b difficult.

Never Again! Should be removed from Booking!!

The location was really good, walking distance to the lake and an area great to spend the day with the kids (Seapark Badi).

Old & Dirty polyester sheets, unacceptable!! (pictures attached) The outdoor space looks more like an abandoned dump yard, not acceptable to "sell" that like a family picnic area. The instructions to arrive not accurate, and all communication in German that Google Translate could not even understand! Customer Focus??

The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the Twin Falls, the chair lift, and the lake. It was quiet, scenic, and very convenient for exploring the area. It's a lovely spot for a peaceful stay in a beautiful part of Lungern.

The facilities were quite limited — there was no kettle or microwave, and only a basic coffee machine was provided. Considering the property is in a small town with few restaurant options, having better kitchen amenities would really improve the experience. It would also be helpful if a universal power adapter was available for international guests — not essential, but a nice gesture that would go a long way.

Near to Lungern lake. Fantastic view just walking distance. Quiet place. We enjoyed our dinner in the garden we are able to made bbq.

This is an amazing place for families to stay, situated in a great spot for hiking or travelling around. The flat is large and airy and has a great balcony to admire the stunning views around. The business owners offer a great level of customer service and are happy to accommodate plenty of individual requests

So clean, and so convinient

No side bed lights. Kitchen should have a slicing board for making salad. There were alot on instructions and I am not sure I managed to do all, though we did try. All the beds should have more pellows.

die sehr zentrale Lage.

Kaum zu glauben, das es noch Unterkünfte ohne Medien - Fernsehen - gibt. Heizkörper durften nicht geregelt werden, es war viel zu kalt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist spartanisch und nicht Zeitgemäß. Es wurden uns laut Rechnung, pro Nacht 45 CHF Reinigungsgebühren in Rechnung gestellt. Weder tagsüber noch nachts wurden wir von von fleißigen Putzteufeln überrascht, und somit auch kein Austausch von Handtüchern usw. :) Auch Treppenhaus und Wohnung sind insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig.

Ok ophold, da vi selv havde fået gjort lidt rent.

Lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Badeværelset var rent og med god tryk på bruser. Wi-fi fungerede med god hastighed. Dejligt med lille balkon.

Køkkenet var beskidt og klistret. Der lå krummer i skufferne og sofaen. Heldigvis var der rengøringsmidler og støvsuger så vi selv kunne gøre noget ved det. Lejligheden trænger til en hovedrengøring og maling rundt omkring. Sørg for at holde vinduer og døre lukkede for at undgå fluer.

Die Lage war sehr schön

Spinnenweben an den Decken, Lampe in einem Schlafzimmer nicht an der Decke befestigt, Jalousien im Bad defekt, dadurch konnte man von der Nachbarswohnung direkt reinschauen. Leider war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und man konnte jeden Schritt von der Wohnung oben drüber hören.
