Perfect place to stay

The room was very clean and modern, located in a quiet and comfortable area surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, a fuel station, and other convenient services. We truly enjoyed our stay as a family. Roberta was extremely supportive, professional, and responsive in all communications. If we visit Riva again, we will definitely choose Civico 65 once more.

Her har de tenkt på alt. Leiligheten var flott og moderne med en hyggelig uteplass. Det var satt frem gave ved innsjekk, noe som var veldig hyggelig. Vi fikk også et gjestekort for området som blant annet inkluderte buss. Anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Top Ausstattung in der Küche inkl. ‚Sprudelwasser’ zum trinken oder aufspritzen auf Knopfdruck. Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Armaturen von Grohe. Parkplatz direkt IN (nicht irgendwo draußen) der Unterkunft über eigenes Garagentor beim Hauseingang. Reichlich Platz zum Ein -und Aussteigen. Für Mountainbiker oder andere Radfahrer gibts eine eigene Station für kleinere Reparaturen und was super ist für Erstere - Gartenschlauch zum reinigen und Manometer fürn Reifendruck checken und Befüllen. Die Gastgeberin ‚Roberta‘ ist sympathisch, höflich, in der nähe zu Hause und mittels Messenger unkompliziert zu erreichen.. kein lästiges Einchecken oder sonstige Formalitäten - Ankommen - Einziehen - Urlaub genießen.

Moderní dům v Arco

Moderní apartmán, moc hezky provedený. V kuchyni jsme měli jak kapsle s kávou, tak pár plechovek nealko nápojů. Příjemná byla i lahev vína na přivítanou. V každém pokoji je velká televize. Rychlý a bezproblémový internet. Velmi praktická je i šatna přiléhající k ložnici. Velmi hezká, moderní koupelna opět se spoustou drobností. Jako základna pro výpravy na kole ideální. K dispozici jsme měli garáž na kola, na parkovišti stojan s nářadím i možností kola umýt. Každý apartmán má své vyhrazené parkovací místo. A využili jsme i nainstalovaný wallbox. Cokoliv nás napadlo, tak nám obratem Roberta zařídila.

Snad jen to, že náš pobyt byl krátký a rychle to uteklo.

Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Super modernes Haus, in neuwertigem und sehr sauberen Zustand. Abgeschlossener Stellplatz mit Wallbox haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Arco werden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Останавливались в Civico 65 с 02.08.24 по 06.08.24, понравилось абсолютно всё. Апартамены находятся, в уютном и чистом городке Arco, в 3-х км от Riva del Garda. Новые апартаменты со стильным ремонтом и закрытой парковой. Идеальная чистота. Продумано до мельчайших деталей, на кухне есть все необходимое и даже больше, приятно удивил кран с газированной водой.. Также для гостей предоставлены халаты, тапочки и идеально белые, пушистые полотенца с логотипом апартаментов. В 5-мин ходьбы от апартаментов находится супермаркет и аптека. При заезде получили приветственный подарок от Роберты (это было совершенно неожиданно и очень приятно) , а также по ее рекомендации посетили очень уютный и атмосферный ресторан с хорошей кухней. Спасибо Роберта за все😊 Однозначно рекомендую к посещению👍
