Amazing week in Italy

I had a fantastic stay at Niko's apartment! Niko was an excellent host—very accommodating and helpful. Giving us extra tips and great recommendations for the area. Although the location is a bit outside the city center, it's easily accessible with great connections to all the attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to the area!

Perfect stay in Arco in a peaceful neibourghoud.

Great peaceful place for active Family vacation close to Arco where you can get rest and at the same time stay little distant to the Arco /Riva centers with a lot of tourists. Also, a great host here in Garda Sweet Apartment:) so nice Italian atmosphere!

Exceptional

The apartment was perfect for our 2 weeks stay in Arco. It is in a quieter area of the town, which was perfect for us. We slept like a baby. The apartment was super clean and the host offered us to get it cleaned in the middle of our stay! The host lives next door and was very friendly and open, and helped us with all questions (restaurants, sight-seeing, etc.). The apartment was very well equipped with towels, a washing machine, and everything for cooking in the kitchen (also a small dish washer was there). We can recommend the apartment a 100%!!! Stay there if you look for something quiet and comfortable!

Originalità dellancasa e la dotazione: c'è pure una tastiera elettronica. Tocco di eccellenza sono gli,arredi artigianale in legno.

Unica nota, che però non,dipende dal proprietario, è la non certezza di trovare un posto nel parcheggio pubblico limitrofo, però Niko la prima si è prodigato per,aiutarmi a trovarne un posto nelle vicinanze

Schönes Appartement für 2 Personen

Niko ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der für alle Fragen zur Verfügung steht und Tipps zu Ausflügen vor Ort geben kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und gewinnbringend(auch schon im Vorfeld). Das kleine Appartement ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, die Küchenzeile für eine einfache Mahlzeit ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt um die Ecke

Die Matratze war schon sehr durchgelegen, Check-in ab 17:30 fanden wir recht spät.

Klidné ubytování s dvorkem a palmami.

Velmi klidná lokalita na periferii Arca. V blízkosti bezplatné parkoviště. Kufry i nákupy si vyložíte přímo před domem. Pokoje prostorné. 2 ložnice - jedna s manželskou postelí, druhá s oddělenými lůžky. Kuchyň vybavená základním kuchyňským náčiním. V kuchyni pohovka. Zajímavé osvětlení. Okna vybavená sítěmi, což bylo velmi praktické. Je zde hodně komárů. Majitel mám poskytl spoustu cenných rad. Byl velmi vlídný, cokoliv bylo potřeba, hned zařídil. Ve dvoře je možno zaparkovat kola.

Do centra Arca pěšky trochu daleko, autem pár minut, ale je zde problém s parkováním. Ale pokud preferujete klid k odpočinku, je toto správné místo.

Monolocale carino, funzionale e vicino ai posti da visitare!

Posizione vicina ai punti di interesse (laghi, parco acquatico). La piccola cucina dotata davvero di tutto per cucinare, la pulizia degli ambienti, la gentilezza dei proprietari, la bottiglia di vino locale trovata in stanza!

Le dimensioni del bagno (per cui mancava anche un appoggio, uno sgabello ed un portasciugamano), Malfunzionamento a tratti del condizionatore.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man benötigt, etwas klein, aber völlig ok für eine Woche. Schön war der Platz vor dem Apartment, beim Olivenbaum..

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar, aber irgendwie nicht immer. So war es nachts manchmal etwas zu warm.

Bella struttura nel centro storico, proprietari gentili e disponibili, al nostro arrivo come benvenuti hanno lasciato una bottiglia di vino, appartamento pulito e ben curato. Ottima soluzione per passare delle belle giornate sul lago di Garda. Speriamo di ritornarci.

Etwas klein, aber fein!!!

Nico ist ein toller und netter Vermieter. Er gab uns viele Tips und wurden mit einer Flasche Rotwein begrüßt. Kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe standen zur Verfügung und wir konnten von der Unterkunft gut wandern. In die Innenstadt fußläufig gut 20 Minuten.

Wenn wir das nächste Mal wiederkommen sollten, würden wir die größere Ferienwohnung buchen, da die kleinere etwas wenig Platz hatte. Aber zum Übernachten für ein paar reicht es aus.

Monolocale recentemente ristrutturato, sito nel cuore del silenzioso borgo di Varignano, dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. L'ordine e la pulizia dell'intero stabile, in cui è compreso, unito alla cordialità di Niko fanno del Garda Sweet un punto di riferimento piacevole per chi è in visita nell'alto Garda.

Einfach perfekt!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Innenhof und Dachterrasse konnten auch mitbenutzt werden. Wir haben immer draußen frühstücken und oft Abendessen können, da eine Markise im Innenhof vor Regen schützt. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Der Gastgeber spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch, was für manche Gäste vielleicht wichtig sein mag. Über WA ist er nahezu immer erreichbar und reagiert sofort. Auf dem Parkplatz, gleich ums Eck, war auch immer ein Platz frei, was uns besonders wichtig war. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Im Bad könnten ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher etc. sein, aber das ist jetzt jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.
