Cosa c’è da dire su questa struttura?
Partiamo dalla base: le foto rispecchiano in pieno, al 100%, la location.
La struttura è organizzata in maniera eccellente, dotata di qualsiasi cosa si possa immaginare: gadget di qualità e un appartamento meraviglioso.
La signora Roberta, proprietaria della struttura, si prende cura di ogni minimo dettaglio, e questo fa davvero la differenza.
Un posto di classe, moderno e di design, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo che mi ha piacevolmente stupito.
Lo standard è alto: si percepisce l’ispirazione ai grandi hotel di lusso, dagli asciugamani brandizzati Civico 65 fino ai dettagli come olio, sale e molto altro.
Ho soggiornato per una settimana e, senza alcun dubbio, vorrò tornarci in futuro.
Questa è una struttura che, per come si presenta esteticamente e per come è gestita, merita un punteggio molto alto.
È dotata di un ampio parcheggio: ogni posto auto è dedicato a un appartamento, e questo è senz’altro un grande valore aggiunto.
La posizione, considerando la cittadina, è comoda: a circa 350 metri si trovano supermercato, farmacia e tabacchi, quindi tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è facilmente raggiungibile con semplicità e rapidità.
Per quanto riguarda la connessione Internet, posso dire che è più che sufficiente per lavorare, guardare film in streaming e video contemporaneamente — quindi ottima.
Riassumendo il Civico 65 in tre parole:
qualità, design e comodità.
Non ci sono difetti, ma vista l’ambizione e gli alti standard di questa struttura, possiamo dire che i cuscini del letto sarebbero potuti essere più comodi (ad esempio in memory).
si tratta di un minimo dettaglio, perché la struttura è davvero fantastica.

المكان جميل جدا وحديث وامان عالي جدا . والمنطقه جدا هادئه وقريبه من السنتر تقريبا 8 دقايق بالسياره ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب تقريبا 4 دقايق مشي والمطبخ متكامل وكل شيء كان جميل.
المكيف لازم تكلم المالك على شان يغير درجة الحراره بالغرفه

Rewelacyjny schowek na rowery! Plus rowery miejskie do wykorzystania od gospodarzy - często z nich korzystaliśmy do jeżdżenia po Arco.
Bardzo bezpieczne miejsce, wysoki poziom automatyzacji ☺️

tökéletes szállás, nagyon igényes, nagyon tiszta, nagyon oda figyelnek a részletekre. Makulátlan tisztaság! Minden gördülékenyen ment. Aki szereti a minimál stílust annak feltétlenül ajánlott.
Tényleg minden rendben volt. Talán a padló hűtés kicsit erős volt. Nem sikerült szabályoznunk. Én jobban szeretem a hagyományos "buta" otthonokat.
