Amazing choice in Parma
Spacious and super clean. Very nice gesture with little welcome kits for each guest. Kitchen is equipped with water and coffee, dining / living room area is bright and airy.

Great apartment for group of friends or family
Apartment is huge and really lovely. It has three large bedrooms, renovated bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. We could enter using a Nuki app, which worked perfectly. There's also many parking spaces in front of the apartment. Unfortunately, due to a personal event we arrived late and only spent the night in the apartment. The owner was very nice to let us stay half an hour after the check out time.

NICHT gefallen hat uns, dass wir (vier) uns dauernd wegen nur eines Schlüssels absprechen mussten - wir waren daher dauernd mit Absprachen beschäftigt, und unsere Bitte nach einem zweiten Schlüssel verharmlost. Auch eine vorgeschlagene Lagerung im Schlüsselsafe war unsinnig, weil es bis dorthin zwei meist (eine immer) verschlossene Türen gab. Für sechs Personen sind die Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Küche (Aufenthaltsraum gab/gibt es nicht) kaum ausreichend und unsinnig gestellt bzw. einfach zu wenig Platz ... Dass dort in 24 Stunden drei (abgesperrte) Fahrräder aus dem "Garten" gestohlen wurden, kann dem Vermieter nicht angelastet werden - aber die Gäste sollten das wissen ...
