The vila is well equipped for homely stay, we enjoyed the stay very much, friendly staff like Ms Ika has helped us a lot with guidance and service with patience.
There is no steam nor sauna room in the SPA, we cannot book SPA service due to limited SPA staff

A la carte breakfast (order until you are full) was excellent. Complementary afternoon tea. Staff were friendly. Close to the beach. Easy access into Sanur. The room is of adequate size, the bathroom very good, bed comfortable. The room was quiet.
Room and bedding smelt of smoke. The bedding was changed on request which helped. The Air conditioner was not great. Essentially it was impossible to get the room temp under 23 to 24 C. The pool is big but is very shallow and has little shade - unless you sit on your seat under an umbrella. Some cantilever large umbrellas over the pool would be good. The reception area is small, very hot, and would benefit from an air conditioned area for reception and those waiting to leave.
