The gorgeous and lovingly furnished Strandhus in the Dorf neighborhood was completed in May 2022 and offers 110 square meters of space for 4 people.
The south-facing garden, featuring a spacious terrace, lawn, native plants, and dune grass, boasts high-quality teak patio furniture and a cozy beach chair. A parking space right next to the house is available to ensure a comfortable arrival and departure.
Strandhaus 2 is located on a quiet residential street yet remains very centrally located in the Dorf neighborhood. There, small boutiques invite you to enjoy a leisurely stroll.
Bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, and numerous restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
You’ll find regional and seasonal specialties at the weekly market, just 150 meters away.

The first floor features a large, light-filled living area with a cozy dining area, an open kitchen, and a wood-burning stove.
The high-quality hardwood floors and underfloor heating throughout the house create a warm and inviting atmosphere everywhere.
Adjacent to the living area are the hallway, a shower room, and the utility room.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, and all sorts of useful and attractive equipment leave nothing to be desired for hobby chefs.
On the first floor, two comfortably furnished bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. One room features a box-spring double bed with a TV, while the other has two box-spring single beds. Large built-in closets provide ample storage space. The bathroom, featuring a large spa shower and a Kneipp hose, ensures a pleasant retreat.
