This gorgeous and lovingly furnished beach house in the Dorf neighborhood was completed in May 2022 and offers 110 square meters of space for 4 people.
The first floor features a large, light-filled living area with a cozy dining area, an open kitchen, and a wood-burning stove.
The high-quality hardwood floors and underfloor heating throughout the house create a warm and inviting atmosphere everywhere.
Adjacent to the living area are the hallway, a shower room, and the utility room.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, and a wide range of useful and attractive equipment ensures that amateur chefs will find everything they need.
