About this house rental
Located in the heart of the quaint village center, the "Nest & Meer" vacation home invites you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation with its tasteful and meticulously designed living space. Just a few steps away, you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants, as well as the dike and dunes. The home itself captivates with a skillful blend of modern chic and antiques. An inspection by the German Tourism Association resulted in the property being rated “5 stars.”
The living area of approximately 155 m² is distributed over two floors as follows:
First floor: Entrance area, living room with open-concept kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terraces; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an adjoining shower room/restroom; a separate guest restroom; and an utility room.
The terraces feature teak patio furniture and a beach chair. (April–October)
Upper floor: a separate work area with a desk, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a sitting area, and a workspace, a bedroom with a single bed (80 x 200 cm), a sitting area and workspace, a bedroom with a single bed (80 x 200 cm), a shower room/restroom with an adjoining sauna, and a separate guest restroom
The house has underfloor heating. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and insect screens.
Outside, there is a covered area for bicycles, a sandbox, and a grill, which guests are responsible for cleaning themselves.
Two carport parking spaces are available for your use.
